Directions
By road from the M4 (east and west):
- Follow signs along the M4 for Cardiff International Airport.
- Exit the M4 at junction 33 and take the A4232 for Cardiff (signposted for Cardiff International Airport).
- Continue along the dual carriageway past the exit for the airport and the football ground. (You will cross the river with water to your left).
- Come off at the junction marked International Sports Village, Barry and Ikea. (Ikea is on your left).
- You will drop down to a roundabout. Take the 1st exit and follow signs for Ikea (lanes will marked up for Ikea on the road).
- As you go round you will leave 3 lanes. Get into to the right and you will then come to a set of traffic lights (with Asda superstore in front of you).
- Turn right at Asda at the lights and you will come to a roundabout. Take the 1st exit and travel along the road behind Asda, straight over next roundabout and you will come to another roundabout in front of Ikea. Take the 3rd exit (marked Grangetown) and as you approach Grangetown (100 yards after the roundabout) keep in the left-hand lane.
- At the lights turn left (bed store on the right-hand side) onto Clive Street and continue past the bus stop. Stop and park anywhere by the next bus stop as we are right next to it. (If you pass a Murco garage on the other side you have gone too far. Just turn round in one of the gaps in the middle of the road).
By Rail:
- Catch a train to Cardiff Main Station (not St Mary’s as that is on the other side of the city). When you arrive, come out of the station at the rear (not the main entrance). You can catch a taxi there which will save you time and money as we are not far from there. If there is a group of you coming, please let us know when you are likely to arrive as we have a minibus and can collect you.
By Air:
If coming by aeroplane to Cardiff International Airport, please let us know all your flight details as we can collect you with our minibus and drop you back to the airport after your stay (at an additional charge).
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Ty Rosa Boutique B&B
Offering a blend of comfort and style amid a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, this well-located boutique guest house offers stylish accommodation just minutes from Cardiff city centre.
This is a small castle near Cardiff also known as Ystradfellte Castle, which was built as a hunting folly. We have named our smallest room after Castle Coch and decorated it accordingly.
